​1. What is a swingers venue, and what can I expect when I visit?

Our swingers venue is a space where consenting adults gather to explore their sexual desires and engage in consensual adult activities with other like-minded individuals. You can expect a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where you can socialise, dance, and potentially engage in intimate encounters with others who share similar interests.

 

2. Who is welcome at your venue?

Our venue is open to adults of all sexual orientations, genders, and relationship statuses. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and encourage a diverse and inclusive community.

3. What ages, size, etc. of people who attend?

We only ask that the people who attend are over 18 years of age. We have people from all walks of life, all sizes, and all ages.

4. What is the dress code?

    •    Unless a particular theme is specified for the event, it’s a dress to impress policy. Men, please dress smart, avoid dirty clothes, and arrive clean and presentable. Ladies always make an effort, so we encourage you to do the same.
   •    Women, be as flirtatious as you dare. We have changing facilities and lockers available, so feel free to bring a change of outfit if you wish.
   •    For Fetish/Kink events, feel free to wear leather, PVC, cross-dressing, goth attire, master/slave, pony/furry outfits, or simply choose your birthday suit.

5. Why Club Utopia?

Club Utopia is the largest and busiest club in Devon. We provide all you might need for a great night, including reversible glory holes (Pizza Ovens), cages, spank benches, 4 orgy rooms, 3 lockable rooms, a dance floor, and a fully licensed bar offering a good range of beers, wines, and spirits. We also have plenty of soft drinks. Our experienced team goes out of their way to make every event welcoming, and we are gradually building a great community.

6. How many people attend?

It’s a difficult question to answer precisely. On an average swing night, we typically have around 150-250 attendees.

7. Is consent respected and prioritized at your venue?

Absolutely. Consent is paramount at our venue. We have strict rules and guidelines in place to ensure that all interactions are consensual and respectful. Any violation of these rules will result in removal from the venue.

8. What should I wear to events?

Our dress code may vary from event to event, so please check the event details for specific dress code requirements. However, it’s common for guests to dress in a sexy or sensual style that makes them feel comfortable and confident.

9. How do you ensure privacy and discretion?

We take your privacy seriously. We have strict policies in place to protect the identity and personal information of our members.

10. Are single individuals welcome at your venue?

While some events may be couples-only, others are open to singles. Event details will specify whether singles are allowed, so please check the information for each event.

11. Is alcohol or drugs allowed?

We prioritise the safety and well-being of our guests, so excessive alcohol consumption and illegal drugs are not permitted. We want everyone to have a memorable, safe experience.

12. CCTV

Yes, we have CCTV both inside and outside the club to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind. Here’s where the cameras are placed:

    •    Inside, we have cameras covering the main entrance, bar area, and store rooms for protection and crime prevention.
   •    Outside, multiple cameras in the car parking area and at the entrance protect vehicles left on the property.
